On today’s Brew Review, I’m having a highly regarded Mortalis stout, the barrel aged version of Nyx. Brewed for their fourth anniversary, this 13% barrel aged imperial stout was aged in both Willet Rye and store pick Elijah Craig barrels and conditioned on the most toasted coconut they’ve used in a stout.
