On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Farmhouse Champagne, a collab that Sloop Brewing did with Hudson North Cider Co. This sparkling dry IPA was brewed with NY grain, dry hopped with NY Excelsior and Vista hops, with no boil or whirlpool hops.
