Brew Review – Bottle Logic Brewing Degree of Motion (2021)

On today’s Brew Review, I’m trying something quite special, my first barrel aged stout from Bottle Logic in Anaheim, CA. Their 2021 version of Degree of Motion is a 14% ABV imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for just over a year, finished with 300 pounds of Oreos, 100 gallons of marshmallow fluff, 300 pounds of Jet-Puffed marshmallow and cacao nibs.
