Brew Review – Mortalis Brewing Co. 5 Arch Bridge Over Styx

On tonight’s Brew Review, I’m having 5 Arch Bridge Over Styx, released this weekend by Mortalis. This 10% imperial stout was brewed for Livingston County’s bicentennial. The viscous base stout was conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans, Mostra Ethiopian Anaerobic Honeyed coffee, Dominican cocoa nibs, and flaked granola.
