I can’t even remember the last IPA from Tree House’s Curiosity series I had so I was excited to try Curiosity One Hundred and Twenty Five on today’s Brew Review. This 8.2% double IPA brewed with Comet, El Dorado, Citra and Huell Melon hops is a celebratory milestone for the Curiosity Series and melds their past with what they aspire to be in the future through focused brewing application and continued experimentation. Brew Review – Other Half Brewing Co./Fidens Brewing Company Broccoli’s Axe

Two great New York state breweries, Other Half and Fidens collaborated on Broccoli’s Axe, on today’s Brew Review. This 8.5% double dry hopped double IPA was brewed with the hops Other Half use for Broccoli, and then dry-hopped with the ones that Fiden’s uses for Eugene’s Axe, for a mix of Mosaic, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc, Cascade, Citra and Galaxy.
