Brew Review – Bissell Brothers The Substance Ale
I’ve never had the chance to try out Bissell Brothers before, but heard great things. So when my sister took a vacation to Portland, Maine, I asked her to stop and pick me up some beers. On today’s Brew Review, I’m trying out their flagship beer, The Substance Ale. This 6.6% IPA is hopped with Falconer’s Flight, Centennial, Apollo, Chinook and Simcoe hops.
