On today’s Brew Review, I’m having Neapolitan Shake that Beer Tree collaborated with Mortalis again on. I had this last year (before I started this show) and remembered it being phenomenal and wanted to revisit it with a review this year. This 10.2% ice cream stout is made with specially roasted Dominican cocoa nibs and chocolate malts, blended with Madagascar vanilla beans and creamy milk sugar and swirled with fresh strawberries and jam.
