Last night the Vegas Golden Knights took a disappointing 4-1 loss at home to the Montreal Canadiens to go down 3-2 in the series and now the Habs are only a win away from the Stanley Cup Finals. I can’t figure out if this series is a just fluke and it’s just the right group of guys in Montreal and Carey Price catching on fire … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/23/21

Last night wasn’t a fun game to watch as the Tampa Bay Lightning had the biggest blow out of the playoffs in an 8-0 game with Andrei Vasilevskiy getting another shutout in a game that had the biggest scoring differential in a postseason game. Since Tampa hit the over by themselves before the 2nd period ended when they were up 6-0, I lost 1.62 units … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/22/21

The Golden Knights won 2-1 in OT last night to even the series at 2 going back to Vegas for Game 5 tomorrow. Tonight, the Lightning and Isles look to break their 2-2 series tie in Tampa. Game 5: Lightning vs. Islanders (8:00) After getting out to a 3-0 lead in the second period, the Islanders gave up two goals in the third to make … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/21/21

Last night, by a miracle at the end of the game by Ryan Pulock with seconds to go saving the game, I won two units on the alternate under 5.5 in Isles/Tampa and for that series to go over 5.5 games. Tonight Vegas looks to tie up their series with the Canadiens. Game 4: Canadiens vs. Golden Knights (8:00) In Game 3 on Friday night, … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/20/21

Unreal way to lose last night as Marc Andre Fleury misplayed the puck with less than two minutes left to give away a free goal to tie it up for Montreal and then the Habs won in overtime. Tonight the Isles and Bolts play Game 4 on Long Island. Game 4: Islanders vs. Lightning (8:00) Tampa Bay took back home ice in Game 3 as … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/19/21

Last night’s Game 3 between the Lightning and Isles was a defensive and goaltending battle again as Tampa took back home ice and a 2-1 series lead with a 2-1 win on Long Island. Tonight Vegas looks to do the same in Montreal in Game 3. Game 3: Canadiens vs. Golden Knights (8:00) In Game 2 in Vegas on Wednesday night, I lost on my … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/18/21

Last night Vegas got off to a slow start and started their game down 3-0 before coming back to make it a 3-2 game but couldn’t tie it up with some great chances in the third period where they outshot Montreal 18-7. So that series is tied now going to Montreal for Game 3. I don’t regret my huge Vegas bet last night. I hate … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/17/21

Last night felt like a must win game for the Lightning, which they pulled off with a 4-2 win. It went over by a goal (life’s too short to bet the under) for me to go 2-1 on the night with a .5 unit profit. Tonight Vegas and Montreal play Game 2 and I have my biggest bet of the year on it. Game 2: … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/16/21

Last night the Vegas Golden Knights cruised to a 4-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens in Game 1 for a nice 2 unit win for me. The Habs can’t hang with Vegas playing 5 on 5 and that could end up being a quick series. After a 2-1 loss to the Isles at home in Game 1, tonight the Lightning and Isles play Game 2. … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/15/21

Yesterday wasn’t great for me with a 2 unit loss on Tampa, losing 2-1 to the Isles in Game 1. Tonight the second series of the semifinals starts with the West Champion Vegas Golden Knights going against the Montreal Canadiens to go to the Stanley Cup. Game 1: Golden Knights vs. Canadiens (9:00) As I broke down in my series preview, I think the Vegas … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 6/14/21
