Yesterday was my first losing day of the season, going 3-2 and losing .7 units on some juice. Not awful. Toronto fucked me at -210. I leaned the Caps and Flyers and instead pivoted to the Caps over and Leafs. Mistakes, but not a terrible night overall so time to move on to the huge slate today. I’m writing this pretty early today to get … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 1/16/21
Two days into the season and we’ve cashed in a profit both nights. Lets keep this train riding. Sabres vs. Capitals (7:00) I was right that the Sabres sucked last night and the Caps handled them pretty good. There was a lot of scoring in that game though and tonight the Caps have their backup, Vitek Vanecek projected to start. If he does, I’m playing … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 1/15/21
The puck dropped last night on the NHL season. I started off the season pretty well going 3-1 on my picks for a 1.2 unit profit. The Flyers got a nice 6-3 win on a huge 3rd period. Tampa shit pumped the Blackhawks 5-1 making that an easy double winner. The Blackhawks suck and I’m gonna bet against them almost every night. The Avs lost … Continue reading NHL Daily Gambling Preview – 1/14/21
The NHL drops the puck on the 2021 season tonight. Although it won’t be as different as the playoffs in the bubble last year, this year’s going to still be pretty different than a typical year. There won’t be fans in the stands (besides Dallas, Arizona and Florida which will have a limited capacity), but teams will be playing a shortened, divisional only schedule in … Continue reading NHL Opening Day Gambling Preview – 1/13/21
Last week we started the year with the first PGA tournament, the Sentry Tournament of Champions. I had a pretty good week with my 3 guys coming 2nd (in a playoff), 3rd and T7. Not bad for the first event of the year. This week we’re still in Hawaii for the Sony Open, the first full field event of the year. Course Breakdown 7044 yd. … Continue reading Sony Open – Gambling/DFS Preview 2021
The PGA Tour kicks off with the first event of the year at 2:30pm EST today with the Sentry Tournament of Champions. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the field this year is expanded. I break it down from a gambling/DFS perspective. Course Breakdown Par 73, 7518 yds but at a higher elevation so it plays shorter, resort course, lot of elevation changes and uneven lies … Continue reading Sentry Tournament of Champions – Gambling/DFS Preview 2021
Since the Premier Lacrosse League started two years ago, its been fantastic. Paul Rabil and his group that created the league putting the players first and made it the most competitive, best lacrosse we’ve ever seen. Meanwhile, Major League Lacrosse has struggled for years from a league management standpoint all the way down and hasn’t been great. While the PLL thrived, the MLL sort of … Continue reading The PLL and MLL Announce Merger, Bad Move for Pro Lacrosse
Today the Denver Broncos in an unprecedented move in NFL history had to start a undrafted practice squad wide receiver, Kendall Hinton at quarterback. Credit to him, I can’t imagine how that kid’s life got turned around in a day and he deserves full credit to how he handled today’s game. The kid didn’t even get to take any practice reps at QB and still … Continue reading The NFL is a Complete Clown Show for How They Handled the Broncos QB Situation Today
The Masters, a tradition unlike any other. It’s finally here, after MONTHS of a delay due to the coronavirus pandemic, we finally get the absolute best week of golf every year to close out the golf season for 2020. I couldn’t be more excited for this tournament and hope its fantastic. Continue reading The Masters – Gambling/DFS Preview 2020
Chills. Every season when Gary Bettman (who I admittingly don’t really hate anymore, yeah he could do a better job of marketing the best league in all of sports, but hey, it could be worse, he could be Roger Goodell (and I don’t care that I wrote this giant run on sentence in parenthesis)) comes on the ice and presents the most beautiful, coveted, storied … Continue reading Tampa Bay Lightning Win the Stanley Cup in the Bubble!
