I can’t even remember the last IPA from Tree House’s Curiosity series I had so I was excited to try Curiosity One Hundred and Twenty Five on today’s Brew Review. This 8.2% double IPA brewed with Comet, El Dorado, Citra and Huell Melon hops is a celebratory milestone for the Curiosity Series and melds their past with what they aspire to be in the future through focused brewing application and continued experimentation. Two great New York state breweries, Other Half and Fidens collaborated on Broccoli’s Axe, on today’s Brew Review. This 8.5% double dry hopped double IPA was brewed with the hops Other Half use for Broccoli, and then dry-hopped with the ones that Fiden’s uses for Eugene’s Axe, for a mix of Mosaic, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc, Cascade, Citra and Galaxy.
